Cinderella
Ingredients:
1 oz of lemon juice
1 oz of orange juice
1 oz of pineaple juice
2 oz Ginger
A touch of grenadine
Pineeaple and orange slices to decorate
Preparation:
Pour the juices in a cocktail shaker together
with ice.
Shake it well.
Strain it in a cold Collins glass full of ice.
Decorate with pineapple and/or orange slices.
Pussy foot
Ingredients:
1 spoon of lime juice
2 spoons of lemon juice
6 spoons of orange juice
1 yolk
6 spoons of cold sparkling water
1 slice of orange to decorate
Preparation:
Mix the lemon, lime and orange juices,
powdered sugar and the yolk in a cocktail
shaker full of ice.
Shake all energetically.
Strain it in a cold Collins glass.
Up to fill with sparkling water.
Remove all smoothly.
Decorate with an orange slice.
Down East Delight
Ingredients:
2 oz of blueberry juice
2 oz of grapefruit juice
1/2 cup of orange juice
1 oz of “horchata” or honey
(to one’s taste)
marashino cherry to decorate
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a mixer glass
with ice.
Mix all well.
Strain it with a cold old glass.
Decorate with the marashino cherry.
