These motors are designed specifically for Cunill coffee mills with a double-chamber thermal protection capsule for grinding the beans in addition to a built-in ventilation system, facilitating internal temperature and grind-noise insulation.
The upper and lower air intakes provide and channel internal ventilation, continuously cooling the motor body and grinding chamber.
This latter area being especially sensitive because the coffee must not reach high temperatures as it passes through the burrs.
The double brackets that anchor the motor body isolate the bodywork from the motor, achieving a lower vibration. The six points of the VAS system will act by reducing noise emissions and extending the life of the mill to fully absorb the vibrations.

The new pneumatic sound and vibration absorption system which covers the upper capsule of the motor body means that the motorised parts are independent of the body thereby eliminating noise and vibration.
The new system of anchoring the motorised parts to the aluminium chassis through an oversized Silentblock-continuous pneumatic ring, allows the vibrations produced by the motor body to be absorbed through a design of absorbent fins all around the ring. The result is the minimum sound expression, only 55dB.
